Treasurer Report - $36 donated towards the Retirement Party Raffle.
Tic Tac Toe Game was not successful.  We will continue with Raffles.
Halloween Housewalk - we sold forty-nine tickets.

News from Just Ducky - Retirement Party had a good turnout.  15% Discount continues, but does not include gift sets.  Under consideration for the future, having the Retirement Party after hours at Just Ducky for collectors only.

 

Chicago 2006 - Fantastic Speakers scheduled, Great Goodie Bags and Lots of Exciting Events.  Get your reservations NOW!!  First 500 reservations get goodie bag.  2006 is the 30th Anniversary for Department 56.  Chicago 2006 is the first Gathering for 2006.  Department 56 will do "special" thing for this gathering.  It will be held at the Wyndham O'Hare.  Check out the website at www.ChicagoGathering.org.

Volunteers to help at the housewalk will be registered at our December meeting.  When participating in the Holiday Housewalk, your display must contain 80% Department 56 BUILDINGS.

 

A special thank you to Garrett & Maureen for their clever demonstration and use of Concrete Quik-Tubes.  It was really great to have the meeting in Naperville to allow club members to see some new ideas in decorating.
